This is Gogplay (Google developer expertise website). Google developer review requires phone verification. We have mentioned it in detail in the previous article. The link to the article is as follows. This article continues with phone verification (answering Google Play calls) Question) Do some supplementary cases.
Google Developer App submission review has been suspended, need to answer the call from Google Play
Recently, our account, which has been online normally, suddenly received an email notification asking for phone verification. All the status of the account is normal, and the application is also online normally. The email clearly mentioned that if no verification call is received, the next new review will be put on hold (will not be reviewed).
Then, we contacted the Google developer support team, and after communicating with the primary email customer service, our problem was transferred to the technical team for further investigation; then we received a further email reply: After checking, your application has been reviewed. If you have concerns about the results of your app review, or if you have policy-related questions, please contact the policy support team for further assistance. As shown below
After receiving the above email, our developer account was also deactivated (removed). We were still puzzled when we read the content of the above email. The beginning mentioned that the review had been completed (rather than that it had been reviewed and passed). Then the issue of violations was mentioned later. The next step is that the account is deactivated.
Regarding the issue of Google Play developers being banned after triggering phone verification, we will further update this article in the future.
