When we add payment methods in the Google play background (Google developer background to add payment methods, bank accounts), after confirming that our bank account information is completely correct, the system does not allow the successful submission of bank account information. When entering complete and accurate bank account information and clicking Save, the page prompts an error message: An abnormal error occurred. Please try again later [OR-CAC-01].
After trying again, the commit was successful. However, when I click to verify bank information, the error message appears again: The system cannot complete this operation, please use another verification or payment method, or contact us [OR-BAAVFT-03] Still prompted after multiple attempts.
