For purely empty accounts and accounts without packages, it is necessary to emphasize that some unscrupulous vendors sell “empty old accounts” registered in the past as “old accounts”. Experienced people can understand it at a glance, but novices will be confused.

For “old accounts” without packages under developer accounts, even if they have been registered for several years (normally, such empty accounts have a history record of only one year at most), they are worthless and have no special weight. There is not much difference from newly registered developer accounts, as shown in the figure below.

Old accounts do not mean absolute safety, so don’t blindly believe in old accounts.

At present, as long as all links are strictly controlled, new accounts and new packages can be successfully submitted for review. Otherwise, why can someone continue to produce accounts with packages for sale? Of course, if you list applications according to the experience and plans of one or two years ago, you will only encounter account association problems such as “high risk”.

These new accounts and new packages can pass the review, so why can’t we pass the review?
